"I have been working as a junior civil-law notary at Schut since August 2012 in the corporate law department and in June 2019 I became a partner. I specialise in general and notarial corporate law, with a special focus on private equity, venture capital and start-up related matters. I have extensive experience in the field of national and international mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures. I also advise on corporate governance and management participations. I studied at Leiden University where I graduated in notarial law in 2007. I have completed the usual notarial training courses.

When I am not at work at Schut, you can find me and my family at Camping Bakkum at the weekends or I’ll be watching my sons' sports matches.
