Noortje Slegers

Deputy civil-law notary
Commercial real estate

I have been working as a deputy civil-law notary in Schut's commercial real estate department since June 2015. Before that, I worked in Houthoff's real estate practice for eight years. I have extensive experience with national and international commercial real estate transactions, financing and security rights, project development and the related aspects of turnover and transfer tax. I also like giving advice on the design of various projects under property law. I studied at Leiden University where I graduated in notarial law in 2006. When I am not at work at Schut, what I love most is going to the beach or the dunes with my family. And when I really have time for myself, I love to be creative and seeing the tangible result of my efforts.
