Nelien Ploegstra

Commercial real estate

I have worked in the commercial real estate department at Schut since September 2016 and have been a partner and assigned notary since January 1, 2019. I specialize in commercial real estate and advise clients on national and international commercial real estate transactions and financings, project development, ground lease contracts and sales and transfer tax aspects. I studied at Leiden University, where I graduated in notarial law in 2002.

When I am not working at Schut, I can often be found on or near the Amstel River. I love rowing and love to visit the Kleine Komedie.
