Marieke Kolsters

Corporate law

I joined Schut's team in January 2021. I have extensive corporate law experience with both corporate advice and transaction work. My daily practice includes supervising M&A and PE transactions, (cross-border) corporate restructuring and advising on/structuring management participations. I also specialise in transactions in the healthcare sector and assist clients in this sector in areas such as joint ventures, mergers/demergers and governance-related issues. I assist and advise clients in a broader sense who are active in the semi-public sector, such as housing corporations, cultural institutions and pension funds.

When I am not at work at Schut, I may visit my neighbours for a drink, browse in art books while listening to music and I love just being a mum.
