Inge van Hees - Wolswijk

Deputy civil-law notary & counsel
Corporate law

In 2009, I started as a candidate civil-law notary at NautaDutilh in Amsterdam. From 2015, I worked as a lawyer at VanEps in Curaçao for ten years. During that period, I advised clients on corporate law issues and (re)financing throughout the Dutch Caribbean and Suriname. In 2025, I returned to the Netherlands and the notarial profession. I specialise in corporate law in the broadest sense. For example, I advise on and assist with acquisitions, restructurings and (re)financing, and I advise on articles of association and governance. My experience in both the legal profession and the notarial profession has given me a broad legal perspective. I also enjoy mentoring and training younger colleagues. In recent years, I have taught various (internal and external) courses, including on the (new) Book 2 of the Dutch Civil Code in Curaçao and Aruba.

When I am not working at Schut, I enjoy spending time with my family. I love cycling and running in the dunes, good food, and spending time with friends and family.
