Ernst ter Braak

Corporate law

On January 1, 2024, I joined Schut as a partner, after working for almost twenty years at various firms within corporate law. I studied in Groningen and graduated in 2004. Starting this year, I will also be teaching at the professional notary training program.

I have extensive experience in corporate law with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and (international) restructurings. I also advise on management and employee participations, business succession and corporate governance.

When I am not working at Schut I like to cook, read books or be at the beach with my wife and three daughters to get some fresh air.
