"I have extensive experience in the field of corporate law. I advise on mergers and acquisitions, (re)structurings, corporate governance, employee participation and (re)financing.

When I am not at work at Schut, I love going to storytelling events and listen to beautiful, moving and bold stories. Special training programmes. Company and corporate law at the Grotius Academy. Exchange and visiting scholars program at UC Berkeley School of Law (United States).
