Augusta Zweekhorst

HR manager (interim)

As HR manager at Schut, I am responsible for creating a structured, pleasant, healthy and enjoyable working environment. This includes everything from risk inventory and evaluation (RI&E), personnel files and absenteeism files, to acting as a question and sounding board. I also advise the management team (MT).

Outside my work at Schut, I can often be found on the padel court, on the pilates mat or on the dance floor - both at parties and in the gym. I also enjoy spending time with my son, partner, friends and family. And I am always up for a nice dinner and a good glass of wine!
