The civil-law notaries firm Schut van de Ven Notariskantoor was founded in 2007 by Paul Schut and Myra van de Ven. From a small office with four employees, two of whom still work at Schut, the firm has grown into a modern medium-sized boutique firm with more than 40 employees. The rapid growth and departure of Paul and Myra has led to a new management team, new civil-law notaries and now also a new office building. Since November 2022, we are located in our brand new office at the IJ, with beautiful views of both the IJ and the city of Amsterdam. This new step of new partners and a new firm also includes a new corporate identity and a new name. That is why we decided to continue as Schut from now on!
